How's the leadership on the Marketing team at The Spark Group?
Supportive and helpful when you ask for it. Will always listen to what anyone on the team has to say and they always suggest changes to mitigate my concerns or to nurture a skill I would like to develop or a process I want to implement or optimize. Most of the time you have to be the one reaching out instead of being asked or prompted which I feel would relieve trying to solve the situation by myself and focus on my responsibilities and it would be less nerve-wracking to bring something up. Even though they are extremely personable and relatable and easy to talk to its always hard and you wish it didn't have to happen.
