As the team ages, it is very conservative and risk adverse. WOuld like to hear more positive news from them.
Not enough hours and the Supervisor all always have attitudes

setting up better news which tricks up the people and they should stop bieng like a spaz

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are fun and easy going. We are all under a lot of stress to deliver short term projects. No future looking projects.
Having a job and knowing that I will get my paycheck on time.
