Brent A. Woodford — Executive Vice President of Controllership, Financial Planning & Tax at The Walt Disney Company

Mr. Brent A. Woodford C.F.A. & C.P.A. serves as an Executive Vice President of Controllership, Financial Planning and Tax at The Walt Disney Company. Mr. Woodford served as Senior Vice President Planning and Control at Walt Disney Company since February 2005. Mr. Woodford is responsible for developing Walt Disney's operating profit, cash flow and capital spending plans and its external and internal financial reporting. He oversees Corporate Controllership, Corporate Operations Planning and Analysis, Corporate Travel and Disney Worldwide Shared Services in Orlando. He also provides administrative oversight of Management Audit. He also served as Principal Accounting Officer of Walt Disney Co., since February 2005. Mr. Woodford served as Vice President and Controller of YUM! Brands, Inc. since April 2000. he served as Controller of YRI from March 1998 to April 2000. From October 1997 to March of 1998, he served as YRI's Assistant Controller. From 1995 until the spin-off of YUM from PepsiCo Inc. in 1997, he held a number of positions in the financial planning department of PepsiCo Restaurants International. Mr. Woodford was also an equity securities analyst with A.G. Edwards & Sons and in the audit practice at KPMG in its Dallas and London offices. He is a CPA, a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of the AICPA, serving on its Accounting Standards Executive Committee from 2003 ' 2005. He was also recently appointed to the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council of the Financial Accounting Foundation. He has a B.A. in accounting from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from St. Louis University.
