It's bad the area of my store is very bad, not enough employee s per shift won't get us security which is needed, unsafe to work there people don't get reviews, they don't get raises just broken promises dangerousto work there and district person that don't care

There just there we work together and try to just make it threw another day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We don't have one and when we did it wasn't any different I'm just disappointed of the way they are.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because they don't help us out I was there three years and no raise, they kept giving me excuses one after another, we go threw people fast because of the way things are. I just don't know.
