What is the best part about your compensation package?

they give what we deserve. not less. everyone is satisfied .

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because they don't help us out I was there three years and no raise, they kept giving me excuses one after another, we go threw people fast because of the way things are. I just don't know.
