He served as Director of ALM Media, LLC. He joined ALM Media, LLC in 1995 and held a variety of financial positions, including Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Planning. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of ALM Media, LLC since January 1, 2004 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Vice President of Finance of ALM Media, LLC, from August 2001 to January 1, 2004. He served as Publisher of Texas Lawyer Division of ALM Media, LLC from 2000 to 2001. Prior to joining ALM Media, LLC, he worked for First Fidelity Bank and Price Waterhouse. He has been a Director of ALM Media Properties since 2010. Mr. Lundberg graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. Degree in Accounting.
