If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at TheStreet?
Ensure more departmental interactions. But the culture is good here and new ideas are always welcome.
Streamlined process for performance reviews and asking for raises. Become less of a content farm and care more for the reporters working their asses off.
How's the leadership on the Sales team at TheStreet?
Leadership is strong. We lead by example and we take the time to help grow our employees to be able to be more effective and move on to other roles in the future.

all different questions too much to go in to. It depends on job type. The leaders here are very smart and ask job specific questions and for your experiences handling situations. They are also concerned with relationships and being able to work together effectively. The wrong hire can destroy a team.

I would wear business attire if you can a suit but if not its okay. Dress professionally for the interview. The office business casual after that.

They are very welcoming. Usually take them out to lunch in their first week and try to help them get up to speed as best they can.
How many women are in your team? is it diverse enough?
Two women are currently on the development team. One is a project lead/back-end developer and the other is a front-end developer. The team is very diverse. there are people representing every area of the world and nearly every race.
what's your workflow? agile? waterfall?
A little bit of both depending on how the requirements are gathered. But we try to be as agile as possible.
