What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to get better at communication among all team members and fair scheduling.
Better employee to management relations. When you are hired you are just shown videos and given packets, not everyone learns in those ways. Then it’s limited “hands on” training. Employees are left by themselves without any management for a lot of the time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation is Health insurance benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No benefits. Have to get paid on a pay card that charges you money to get your pay check
The hours are not enough, even a seasonal team member would get more hours. The compensation is based on hours and if you are not getting enough hours then really it just a waste of time.
Commission is based on being excessively pushy with customers.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The coworkers are like a high school gang or club, they become to friendly with each other and too friendly with the person in charge of dishing out hours. There needs to be less buddy buddy atmosphere and it needs to feel more professional, we are there to work, not make work friendships.

Leadership is supportive and surprises the team with early exit days

better pay better benefits, better managers

What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my coworkers and the office environment
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We make too little money for the dress code they enforce, no breaks at all because youre the only one in the kiosk at all times.
What is wrong is that not all employees are treated equally. There needs to be equality among the staff
A lot! Adding to my previous feedback the end of shift closing of the cash registers is excessively and unnecessarily a lengthy process with outdated computers.
