ThoughtSpot offers the most amazing benefits I've ever had. The company covers the cost of the premiums for me and my family, and if I go in network, I don't pay anything. This is unheard of!

Similarly to our executive team, we care about each other, and there is a belief that we are all working towards the same outcome, so there are no politics to slow things down.
We're in this together - people put the team's success above the need for personal recognition
