Communication, transparency, valuing and comoensating support staff, hazard pay for covid-19 especially curbside service, living wages, mental health support, stop micromanaging hospitals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
During the pndemic, we had to fight hard for monetary comoensation and what was offered didnt even touch the cost of living increase. There has been no hazard pay or bonus for our face to face work. There is no license support for cvts. The ce stipend is paltry. There is no true mental health suppor

Communication, time management, respect, and attendance.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Clients see this corporation for what it is, money hungry and greedy. The pets come second to thrive's bottom line. Theive will make decisions for a hospital that effect it negatively, hurting staff pets and clients. They don't care because it saves them money.
