What are some of the best things about your team?We work together very well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Very knowledgable and well respected in the greater veterinary community.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Discount programs for reduced vet care and pet products.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Clients see this corporation for what it is, money hungry and greedy. The pets come second to thrive's bottom line. Theive will make decisions for a hospital that effect it negatively, hurting staff pets and clients. They don't care because it saves them money.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Communication, time management, respect, and attendance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?During the pndemic, we had to fight hard for monetary comoensation and what was offered didnt even touch the cost of living increase. There has been no hazard pay or bonus for our face to face work. There is no license support for cvts. The ce stipend is paltry. There is no true mental health suppor
