Very accessible - easy to speak to, work with, and no one is 'too senior' for a task.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Cash is very competitive for our size
The salary is reasonably good.
For being a startup, we have awesome health/ dental/ vision insurance. Also Thrive Days, when you feel like you are putting in late nights, instead of overworking yourself to a period of burnout, you can take a Thrive Morning, afternoon or day off to reset and recharge.
