- The opportunity to make commission when we upsell services to clients. However, I would like to know a bit more about promotion in the company.

Yearly bonuses are great. It's additional income that isn't expected. When we up-sell clients and receive a piece of that up-sell is great. Previous companies I worked for never provided such compensation when you were able to bring in more revenue for the company.
