What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They're all very helpful and willing to lend a helping hand when need. Most are truly trying to better themselves professionally and build great relationships. In order to work effectively together, we need to effectively communicate so that would be an area of improvement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we should be doing more salary surveys regarding fair and competitive compensation among comparable companies so that we are consistently looking out for the best interest of our employees or they will begin to look elsewhere. Getting ahead of the curve rather than being behind.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It really is a family environment. We are here to help one another and really invest into the relationships we cultivate among each other. I love how most everyone takes pride in their work and is always willing to help when needed. We support each other through the good and bad.
