Our leadership is great about maintaining an open door policy and it is obvious that ideas and feedback are actually heard!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my job, my team, and my manager. I love the work that I am doing and the opportunities that this job has allowed me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits and salaries are standard for a young, up and coming company, but can definitely use improvement. Especially to those who are carrying the weight of others
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are collaborative, communicative, and fun. I love that each team clearly has a relationship outside of work and considers each other friends, but we can buckle down and knock out a project when necessary
What did you like most about the interview process?
You meet with several different people, often from various teams, to ensure that you are a good fit not only with your direct manager, but with the team, and with the rest of the company's culture and values.
