The name printed on the tickets (if any) is that of the original purchaser and won't give you any issues whatsoever gaining entry into the venue. The venue staff will simply scan the barcode on your ticket to admit you entry into the event.

View ArticleWhen you purchase tickets on TickPick, you will receive them by the end of the day on your order's expected delivery date. The "in-hand" date the seller provides is the latest they expect to receive the tickets for your order. This day is based on when your expects to receive their tickets (sometimes, it's close to the event date due to team of venue restrictions).
After placing an order on TickPick, please refer to your confirmation email once your order is confirmed for this information. In your TickPick confirmation email, you will have the details that were already disclosed to you before the purchase was made in regards to the delivery type and status of your tickets.

View ArticleIt is not uncommon for certain events to have restrictions or delays on ticket transfers. For this reason, mobile qr code screen shots will be delivered. These screenshots will work the same as if you had them transferred to your Ticketmaster account and simply scanned off of your mobile device. The mobile qr codes will be delivered as PDFs, but please remember that you cannot print them, as mobile qr codes are specifically designed to be used with a smartphone for entry.

This type of seating is very common for the handicap and individuals in wheelchairs. When looking for this type of seating on TickPick, you can determine if a seat is ADA or wheelchair accessible by locating the wheelchair icon on the ticket listing or the disclosures marked in the seller notes stating the ticket as such.
Some venues will allow for individuals who may not require ADA or wheelchair accessible seating to occupy these seats. However, it is always best to double check with the venue first or simply look for tickets not disclosed as such unless you are actually with someone who needs this type of seating.

Mobile tickets are mostly done through Ticketmasters platform; however, it is not uncommon to receive a mobile QR code screenshot. The screenshot is the same ticket as if your ticket was transferred to you directly via email, but for some events/artist/teams there are restrictions on the transfer of mobile tickets. Just remember, mobile qr codes cannot be printed for entry into an event, as they must be displayed on a smartphone.

For any TickPick promos or gift codes, under the total amount there will be a Have a Gift Code? button. This will allow you to input and apply your promo code to the order and the discount will reflect at checkout.
If you have TickPick rewards points available, a pop-up will appear under the total asking if you would like to apply the credit to your order. TickPick credit can only be applied on orders over $50 or more and you can only use one gift code or promo code per order.

View ArticleOnce logged into your TickPick account from a computer or laptop (at this time, users, unfortunately, cannot place a bid from our mobile app due to the complexity of the platform), search for the event on which you would like to bid. To the left of the Buy Tickets button in blue, there will be a Place Bid button.

After clicking on Place Bid, you will proceed to select the number of tickets on which you would like to bid. Next, select the section(s) in which you would like to bid on tickets. Lastly, name the price for your bid.
Once finished with these steps, you will be directed to the checkout page where you will have the ability to input your billing and shipping information and set an expiration for your bid. Bid expirations will be in EST time and you can cancel a bid on any active bid at any time, provided that it has not already been accepted by a seller out there.
Once you complete the bid process, you will receive a confirmation email confirming you have created a bid. Please keep in mind that any bid you place is a hard bid and once accepted, the tickets are yours and the transaction processes like any normal purchase would, including all sales being final. To be clear: you will not have the option to decline a bid once accepted. Also, you can receive tickets in any row within the section in which you have bid, and do not have the option to bid on a specific set of tickets. Tickets you receive from an accepted bid can come in any delivery method and that is the reason a FedEx shipping fee might be applied if the tickets need to ship. Please double-check that you have the correct shipping address on file in case your tickets will need to ship. If the tickets are available in a delivery method other than FedEx such as electronic transfer or e-delivery, your account will be refunded for the FedEx label fee within 24 hours.

View ArticleIf tickets are marked as an obstructed or limited view, the venue has determined by the venue itself that those seats do not have a full view of the stage, field, court, ice, etc. Any of the aforementioned disclosures will be marked or printed on the ticket itself and sellers are required to note this on any ticket listings in the seller notes, which will automatically display the limited/obstructed view icon (eyeball with a slash through it).
