What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid well below market and there is no annual promotion/raise system to address salary increases.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Started at a rate well below market value with the understanding that my compensation would grow as I grew with the company. Hasn't happened
