Mr. Michael L. Henry, also known as Mike, has been Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Tilly's, Inc. since May 2015. Mr. Henry has served Quiksilver, Inc. since July 2012, most recently as Senior Vice President and Global Controller. Prior to joining Quiksilver, Mr. Henry served for over a decade at Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. Mr. Henry served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. from January 2008 to April 2011. Mr. Henry served as Principal Accounting Officer of Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. and also served as its Controller from February 2006 to November 2007 and Secretary from January 2008 to June 2010. Mr. Henry joined Pacific Sunwear of California in September 2000 as Controller. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Sunwear of California Inc., from November 29, 2007 to January 23, 2008 and served as its Vice President, until January 23, 2008 and previously from February 2006 to November 2007. Mr. Henry has been at Pacific Sunwear for more than seven years. Prior to joining Pacific Sunwear, Mr. Henry served as a Manager in the audit practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he worked for six years from September 1994 to September 2000. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
