What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Honestly the culture needs to be eradicated. Clean hoise and start again
There is no leadership. they hide up in the office and only come down to crap on you

stocks options and health care

Unionizing would be a great idea

The new CEO paid himself $20million and gave himself a $13million bonus and then shut down the main part of the company.... so not do what he did.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Production team and warehouse all work harder then they need to and love their jobs.
Employees outside of the senior management are great. They are hard-working, friendly, and generally very good at what they do. Ironically, it is the senior management that has no sense of the business or how to be effective leaders.
We get everything done so we can get out early
we help one another to excel in anything

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
nothing! CEO's care about money and that is it.
everybody knows everybody you can talk openly with anyone
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New management, not being owned by tilray.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My old boss that interviewed me was great. He left because of alot of the same reasons I now want to leave.

Seeing the people I work with.
knowing that our products help a lot of people
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The CEO shut down the main branch of the company so maybe don't shut the job site down and lay off 200+ people
