What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at TIPA is very hardworking and admirable in their work ethic, all the while making themselves available for teaching
Our CEO and managers are attentive to the employees' both business ideas and personal wishes. Strong leadership that knows and shows the path to success.
I love that we are able to be creative and speak our mind. I love that the leadership of the company encourages us to learn, grow and find our own personal strong points. I love that every idea is respected and taken seriously even from junior positions.
The management team is a unique combination of a smart, dynamic and creative group of talented people that are passionate about TIPA's vision

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are determined and passionate, work well as a team, positive attitude and big aspirations for selves and company
Knowledgeable, kind, and willing to offer a hand for any task.
We're very good friends who like to hang out even after hours. I love that we have each others backs both with work load and emotional support. I love that we all have passion for what we do and we truely feel inspired to make the world a better place

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Recurring accomplishments of the company bring up morale
Working hard at working time and resting hard at resting time.
We recpect and value each other alot. The company culture incourages us to take action and help the enviorment and promote sustainable living, even as individuals. We have a family invoirment and we love to sit together for lunch the whole company and catch up
People love helping each other

What did you like most about the interview process?
The one on one meeting
It was both professional and personal
The HR was very transparent thoughout the entire process, elaborating on what the next steps are, and sharing after each step feedback on how I did.
The interview was direct and practical and presented the vision as well as it's practice in a very exciting and fascinating way

the rapid success of the company and strong, mostly female leadership
I work for a vision, a dream coming true
Everything :) I have the best job ever. I love the people, the location, the view from my window, the work itself... everything
