Mr. James M. Froisland, also known as Jim, CPA, MBA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Titan International, Inc. since December 05, 2016, Principal Accounting Officer since September 13, 2017 and as its Chief Information Officer since July 2017. Mr. Froisland served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Titan International, Inc. since May 02, 2016 until December 05, 2016. Mr. Froisland served as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of First Biomedical, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of InfuSystem Inc. since December 2010. Mr. Froisland served as the Chief Financial Officer of InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. from December 15, 2010 to March 16, 2012 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Secretary until March 16, 2012. Mr. Froisland served as Chief Financial Officer of InfuSystem, Inc. since October 2010. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Burns International Services Corp. since joining in February 2000. With a strong background in domestic and international finance, Mr. Froisland served as Senior Vice President , Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer for InteliStaf Healthcare, Inc. He held senior financial positions at USA Broadband, Inc., Burns Internationals Services Corp., Anixter International Inc., and Budget Rent A Car Corporation. Mr. Froisland served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Anixter International, Inc., since 1996. He served as Vice President, Corporate Controller for Budget Rent A Car Corporation from 1992 to 1996 and Chief Financial Officer of Allsteel, Inc., from 1990 to 1992. Mr. Froisland started his career with the public accounting firm, KPMG LLP. He served as an Independent Director of Westell Technologies, Inc. from March 2009 to September 16, 2014. He holds a Certified Public Accounting license in the state of Minnesota and is a Member of the Illinois CPA Society, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International. Mr. Froisland holds a Masters in Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the Carlson School of Management, the University of Minnesota in 1978 and Bachelors of Arts degrees in math and accounting from Luther College in 1973.
