Mr. Maurice Manning Taylor, Jr., also known as Morry, served as the Chief Executive Officer of Titan International, Inc. since 1990 until December 29, 2016. Mr. Taylor served as President of Titan International, Inc. since 1990 until 2005. He developed a business as a manufacturers' agent in the wheel business before founding, with one of his principals, Titan Wheel (then named Can-Am). He managed the growth and expansion of this business which became a leading specialist manufacturer of off-highway wheels and tyres in the US. Mr. Taylor has been the Chairman of the Board of Titan International, Inc. since May 2005. He serves as Chairman of Titan Europe plc and has been its Director since March 2004. He serves as Chairman of Titan Wheel Corporation Of Virginia. He has been an Executive Director of Titan International, Inc. since 1990. Mr. Taylor holds a degree in Engineering from Michigan Tech.
