Upside but solid base without fear of complicated bonus formulas.
Theatre tickets, 401K match, travel around the world, lunch-and-learns, freebies, train tickets, health deals, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fulfillment specialists should be a full time position.
