Variable but i do not have much to say
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonuses were terrible, health insurance is very expensive

cohesive work envirnment across the organization
the diversity of thought and intelligence of the team
There should be more meetings to cascade information but Covid has not helped
