Just one person at a time either gets customer service done or cleaning and prep done. Not all three.
Stuck doing the same thing although I have wanted to learn how to do everything in my department. Always shorthanded or no one wants to train or use extra labor to do it

Be more honest. Tell people full time is never going to happen but you will always work full time hours
