What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication availability is the key
Doing their job very well.
There's a hierarchy in which everyone is accountable by someone else so there isn't one main person calling the shots but communication between leadership needs improvement. they're not always on the same page and its frustrating.
They Have lots of patience

taking pressure off of department managers, more staff

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stuck doing the same thing although I have wanted to learn how to do everything in my department. Always shorthanded or no one wants to train or use extra labor to do it
being promised all your hours so you can keep compensation. otherwise if I am getting cut beyond my allowed minimum hours then my benefits are no longer respected. I do not appreciate that
I get paid 10 dollars an hour to do most of the work in the Deli while my manager does barely anything.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Working together snd helping out
My team is the best in the store because we have no conflict. that being said I only enjoy my department in the store because that's the only team in on the same page
Never know what we doing, always lurking everywhere
The regular hourly employees are great
We all have a bond over how terrible this job is.

most positive thing about the environment at my company is that my department gets ignored so sometimes I am less involved in company related walks and that's more relaxing.
