Bonita N. Lindberg — Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources at Tompkins Financial Corporation

Ms. Bonita N. Lindberg has been Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources at Tompkins Financial Corporation since December 28, 2015. Ms. Lindberg leads the human resources and learning and development departments for Tompkins Financial as a member of the company's senior leadership team. She has extensive experience as an effective human resources leader. Ms. Lindberg came from Cortland Regional Medical Center and Albany International Corporation to Tompkins Financial. She is very active in the Central New York community as a member of the Tompkins Trust Company Cortland Business Development Board, a trustee and human resources committee chair with Hospicare and Palliative Care Services of Tompkins County. She was a board member of Cayuga Medical Center. She was also a board member and conference board member for the Society for Human Resource Management, both nationally and locally. Ms. Lindberg was certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources in 2001. She earned her Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois and her Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from LeMoyne College.
