He has been Chief Financial Officer since December 2000 at Tompkins Trustco Inc. and its Executive Vice President since July 23, 2003 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Fetsko serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Tompkins Trust, a subsidiary of Tompkins Trustco Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Tompkins Trustco Inc. from December 2000 to July 23, 2003. Mr. Fetsko has been employed by Tompkins Trustco Inc. since 1996, Prior to joining Tompkins Trustco Inc., Mr. Fetsko was employed as a Federal Bank Examiner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from 1986 to 1995. He is a graduate of the University of Scranton, the National School of Banking at Fairfield University.
