Completely transparent, customer-centric focus, passionate about solving operation inefficiencies
They are accessible, humble and put people first.
It really shows how much effort they've put into the company and how much they care about the employees.
They are open to ideas, very professional, understanding.
They are very open and transparent about what they are doing. They always welcome critical feedback to stay in tune with what is happening day to day. Actually make big improvements based on feedback. They are an awesome group. No BS.

we need a way to collaborate better. too many meetings are just conversations without a clear agenda, decisions/alignment that need to be made, and clear action items. working remotely requires extra attention to a strong process for getting knowledge work done.

Everyone is dedicated to success for our customers and each other. People are extremely responsive to requests for info and assistance, ridiculously fast turnaround adding new features and bug fixes from engineering team. Brilliant people across all departments.
