Everyone is individually very driven. There's a collaborative atmosphere even when we're moving quickly to launch new products.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fun activities like TouchCare Tastes and weekly yoga classes. We also have kombucha on tap! But more importantly, we respect each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Best CEO I've ever worked for. I really like that he has a background in sales -- so he understands how to get our company to grow dramatically. Also, he's a good person.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our company helps people who are confused by the healthcare system. Every day, there are moving stories about how we helped members get medical bills reversed, expensive procedures paid for, or simply the help and assistance they need. We reassure people when things aren't going well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It didn't waste my time. Some companies drag the process out for weeks or even months. I met with relevant future team members as well as another person with my role at another portfolio company. Meeting with someone outside the company, but familiar with the company, gave me added perspective.
