We have a great work life balance. Family is important and flexibility on time off is great. Unlimited PTO!
Fun activities like TouchCare Tastes and weekly yoga classes. We also have kombucha on tap! But more importantly, we respect each other.

Meeting the executives I would be working closely with and seeing their passion for the company.
It didn't waste my time. Some companies drag the process out for weeks or even months. I met with relevant future team members as well as another person with my role at another portfolio company. Meeting with someone outside the company, but familiar with the company, gave me added perspective.
