What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting the executives I would be working closely with and seeing their passion for the company.
It didn't waste my time. Some companies drag the process out for weeks or even months. I met with relevant future team members as well as another person with my role at another portfolio company. Meeting with someone outside the company, but familiar with the company, gave me added perspective.
I felt the positive culture through the interview.
Being onsite for the interview and being able to talk to different people within the company.
