They listen to their employees from every area to learn new perspectives on how to grow.
They interact with the staff on a regular basis and do not think that they are above us. Some of them even know you on a first name basis.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are very diverse. On a regular day, I work with an even mix of men and women, from several different races and nationalities. It's normal for me to overhear 3 or 4 different languages being spoken on a typical day at work.
