Executive Bio

Mr. Michael M. Rajkovic has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Tower International, Inc. since August 1, 2007. Mr. Rajkovic served as Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President of US Can Corp. from May 16, 2005 to March 2006. He joined US Can Corp. from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, where he served as Vice President of Finance of North American Tire Division since September 1, 2003 until May 2005 and Chairman of the Board, Canadian subsidiary of The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company from August 2003 to May 2005. Prior to assuming that role, Mr. Rajkovic served as a Senior Member of CCM's operations team from August 2006 to August 2007 and assisted Mr. Malcolm in various aspects of the 2007 acquisition of Tower Automotive. He served as a Director of exterior products manufacturing and direct ship operations of Visteon Corp. He joined Visteon in 2000, when the parts maker was spun-off from Ford Motor Co. At Visteon, he also served as a Director, finance and business for energy transformation systems and Controller of global manufacturing finance and business operations from January 2000 to August 2003. Mr. Rajkovic had nearly 20 years of financial management experience in the automotive industry, replaces. He joined Ford in 1984 as a Financial Analyst and held financial planning and product planning positions before moving, in 1990, to successive financial management positions on the automaker's compact truck, multi-purpose vehicle, Ranger, F-Series and Expedition truck teams. He was named Controller of Ford's Buffalo, N.Y., stamping operations in 1993 and Controller, Explorer and Maverick Vehicle Lines in 1994. In 1995, he moved to Portugal as finance Director of its Autoeuropa Automoveis joint venture. He returned to the United States in 1997 as Controller, Ford Credit North America and was named Controller, product and business strategy in 1999. Mr. Rajkovic has a Bachelor of science degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan.
