Working on compensation packet. Cost of insurance is driving a lot of people to other companies. They are not competitive. You are given a 3% raise, insurance goes up 5%

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Insurance benefits are not up to others standards
$13 to stand on your feet and lift back breaking loads for 10 plus hrs

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The work ethnics of the younger generation needs to be dealt with. A clear divide in departments that have a diverse group of different ages. The younger group do not have a sense of urgency, barely get them to work a full 40 hours. Do not want to help with anything not not deemed their job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very friendly atmosphere. No yelling, bickering or fights.
