pay is incredibly low, expectations are very high but very few members of staff are actually held accountable for much of anything

I love my job. I like the faster pace of my location. My coworkers are reliable and supportive, no hesitation to lend a hand if needed. Pay rate is above average for the area. Paid time off, time and a half for holiday pay, overnight shift differential. The only downsides are high turnover rate.

Overall I have not been impressed by their training of managers at the store level.

Very new, a lot to learn ! Training is decent, but just so much to do on a daily basis.

Standard gas station job, little to no oversight as well as a 'no breaks' ethos. Pay is okay

My manager communicates better than most. She does any and every job in the store, no hesitation to jump in and help. She puts in extra hours to cover if we have a need.

Positive and helpful leadership. My manager is the best

actually leading. training staff. learning to communicate with each other as well as their staff.

Training. I struggle here bc my trainer is the bosses favorite but she's unreliable and just leaves work whenever. She left the first day of my training on the cash register. Now I have 3 write ups and have never been under. I am the only shift that has only one runner.

Time and a half for holiday pay and overtime. Paid time off. Optional health insurance. Tuition reimbursement. Mental health care. Life insurance.

Honestly and fair evaluation is all we want.

Encouragement and HANDS ON Training. They park you in front of a co.puter for 2 days and set you loose. They need to offer a discount for food at the convenience store given I don't get a break at all during an 8 hour shift. The busiest shift too.

We support each other. We communicate very well. We always help if anyone needs it. We are supportive and dependable for each other. We are more than coworkers, we are a second family.

Loyal, hard working, helpful, great at their jobs!

My coworkers tend to hold an atomized mindset, and don't see our work as a collective effort. This leads to regular in fighting. Reestablishment of that team mindset would require significant effort on all ends

They need to actually appreciate that opportunity that they have been given by taking pride in their work instead of taking advantage of the position of power they were given. I feel bad for my fellow employees that actually do the work cause they are the ones that get taken advantage of.

The customers are friendly and patient.

The customers who aren't about to OD, haven't pissed themselves or worse, who haven't been caught in the bathroom shooting up...., the ones not doing this are nice. Long and short, Customers.

It was thorough. She asked great questions that provoked internalized responses.

Helping my team succeed togeather

Talking with my regulars. Having great coworkers to work with. Being able to get lots of social interaction with such a wide variety of people.

Intetacting with people and learning new things

When my day is over and I feel like I had gotten tasks done that benefited my company in some way. Also when the company feels in order during my shift.

No support from management. People who aren't allowed in aren't recorded and there is no tracking of them until they make it in again. The new person gets to deal with it.

Small company feel, large company situation.

Overall culture needs improvement.
