What are some of the best things about your team? Some of the workers were positive and hardworking.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The clientele was usually very sweet and patient.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to better care for their employees, members, and supplies. Management was extremely rude and unreasonable and forced unsafe working conditions. Their practices were shady and unethical.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The end result was money, not client or employee satisfaction, as a result, they underappreciated and overworked employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I do not feel respected by the upper management and corporate leaders.
