The company's strategy is based on development of three main units which are engineering and consultancy, operation in water and energy sectors as well as general contractor, enabling businesses to achieve and maintain a large and ever increasing asset base and a healthy balance sheet, operate excellence in all areas and ensure expansion through innovation, organic and geographical growth, targeted takeovers and strategic alliances.
TPF was founded in 1991 and its current CEO is Thomas Spitaels. Since its inception 35 years ago, TPF has grown to 2000 employees.
