Listen and understand staff, remuneration and appreciation for your hard working employees. Invest in your assets I.e staff who work day and night. Stop favouritism and promote deserving persons.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Toxic and biased. Don't provide tools and support for better work, under covid didn't appreciate people's productivity but were micro managing them.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Fair and open, hiring managers should stop favourites and be neutral. Bring fresh virtue with cultural diversity in teams. It's all white people running the management.
What makes you most happy at work?
Paid on time. Some small perks like free internet and phone service.
