What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base pay is quite high in comparison to other companies
back when I joined we all received a good amount of options
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I had way too many direct reports, no time to live, so compensation was definitely not enough
A better and increased salary base that is commensurate with my workload.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly colleagues and great atmosphere
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop the drama and focus on work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive because I nurtured good relationship with my collagues. But everyone feels desperate to leave
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire ethical leaders, starting from HR
What did you like most about the interview process?
Detailed feedback at each step
The transparency of recruiters on steps, salary - they even warned me "with hints" about my future manager, but I just didn't grasp it back then :)
