What do you like best about the leadership team?
The manager is nice and helpful when I had problems.
It is always in order and understanding
Direct managers have good leaderships skills
Great involvement and encouragement from upper management
They tend to focus about the solutions rather than finding out who create the problem
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Change personal, hire professional people, be human!!
Please at least try to be honest. Not talking bad behind people, while put on a smiling face in front of people.

Medical would be the best
Hourly wage is great. They definitely pay well
flexibility and company advantage card
Paid in direct proportion to value brought in to company
The health/dental insurance is decent
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would be happier if 401K and some paid leave are provided to document reviewers and translators when they work for certain length.

Friendly, effective; easy to approach.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Get better management as soon as possible
Management is clueless and do not care about employees and let colleagues take advantage, gossip, etc. Also hired huge drug addicts
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly, accessible atomosphere and good pay rate (at least for my current work)
Discussions are brief and to the point.

Not complicated, short, friendly process.
it was fast therefore they hire anybody that's the main reason they are very unpro
