Please at least try to be honest. Not talking bad behind people, while put on a smiling face in front of people.

I would be happier if 401K and some paid leave are provided to document reviewers and translators when they work for certain length.

Get better management as soon as possible
Management is clueless and do not care about employees and let colleagues take advantage, gossip, etc. Also hired huge drug addicts

Better personals that actually takes care of the employee
Encourage teamwork and work-life balance
Management needs to be more involved and hold employees accountable
