What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having upset customers all day can be a lot. Having a good team means a lot when we need support.

My Manager was very inviting and asked about my personal life and got to know who i was and helped explain the job opportunity
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All the managers and supervisors are very supportive in making sure we are taken care of and give us all the tools we need to excel at work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Wording in our confirmation emails. I would like the opportunity to submit ideas on how to fix these problems so the customers do not get confused with the wording of the confirmation.
