when I interviewed here, the focus was on my character and passion, not on how many hours I could last in an interview setting.

We have the ability to decide what is best for our team to work on. several team members are ideal to work with in every way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Leadership opportunities would make me feel more valued. Management understanding my strengths and weaknesses and providing mentor-ship to build up my strengths and coaching to improve my weaknesses would give me more confidence in leadership and make me feel like I am being prepared for more.
