There are places to relax, and that's seen as an important part of the workday. People aren't taking advantage, but nobody's self-conscious if they bring their laptop to the couch or talk about work plans while throwing darts.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone cares about getting important things done and respect that each person on the team knows how to get into a flow and deliver professional work. Nobody is trying to take advantage, squeeze, lie, or manipulate their way into better productivity.
