Bonuses for high performers are essential
No performance-linked bonuses (except for Sales and General Managers), and no connection between individual goals/objectives and company strategy (because there is no strategy) mean that everyone is pulling in different directions so you don't get recognized for your contributions
The care they put into their work
Really intelligent, hardworking, and passionate people who somehow manage to keep rising above the, most avoidable, challenges and problems the company creates for itself.

The coworkers are good but management is an atrocity
Open door, accepting of all cultures, sexual preferences, ethnicities, ages, style and more. Everyone's voice is heard.

The rounds of interviews were more conversations than interrogations
Saki-Bombs! But seriously, I loved that I was interviewed directly by Ralph and Holger Bartel.
