What makes you most happy at work?Listening to music and the limited positive interactions with the few coworkers I do encounter on a daily basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel undervalue because I feel drastically underpaid, especially for all I put into the degree that was preferred to get the position in the first place. I feel like my comments and suggestions are ultimately ignored. I feel Getting paid an extra $6 per hour would be much more fair.
