Communication. There has been a significant amount of change happening with our mergers. With very few people brought into conversations, decisions are made without a full review making it difficult to do our jobs. Taking care of people. If responsibilities increase, so should compensation.
Fair market pay for the position. Pay cuts were made in 2019, so we make less than the rate at which we were hired. As responsibilities increase from staff reductions far north of 50%, compensation should align.
Actually show up to work at a decent time
The tribune needs to take an active interest in the conditions at their distribution centers.
