- What did you like most about the interview process?The thing I liked most about the interview process was how involved the CEO was at the very start! He was very vocal about their needs and it just seemed like a great fit.
- What makes you most happy at work?The thing that makes me most happy at work is that everyday is different and challenging. Even on the most difficult of tasks, I feel supported and have the resources to handle them effectively.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The most positive thing of note concerning the culture at TriMark is again their openness around work/life balance and understanding where family is concerned. Most if not all of TriMarks employees are parents--some just starting their families so the ability to be able to work from home is a plus.
