What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is wildly accessible and lives by the work/life balance diatribe that some employers don't seem to stand by.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package are the industry highs where salary is concerned. Holidays bonuses as well as bonuses for signing new clients are incredibly generous.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about the internal teams here at Trimark are just wealth of knowledge they have. As a new hire I was confident but intimidated by their expanse of experience and knowledge. Everyone is extremely intelligent and eager to help which is always nice.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing of note concerning the culture at TriMark is again their openness around work/life balance and understanding where family is concerned. Most if not all of TriMarks employees are parents--some just starting their families so the ability to be able to work from home is a plus.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
The thing I liked most about the interview process was how involved the CEO was at the very start! He was very vocal about their needs and it just seemed like a great fit.

What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me most happy at work is that everyday is different and challenging. Even on the most difficult of tasks, I feel supported and have the resources to handle them effectively.
